I am a Real Estate Professional with over 18 years of real estate experience in everything from property management, investment, development, mortgage financing, and sales.

JobySlayRealEstate.com is a little more of my lighter side in sharing expertise, thoughts, and ideas about the real estate markets in the Palm Beaches. I’m very serious about helping my clients achieve their real estate goals, but I try not to take myself too seriously.

People often ask me in what type of real estate or areas do I specialize? The answer is I specialize in serving my clients real estate needs. I’ve helped a client buy a $1 million dollar condo and then rented their old home for $3,000 a month to help them. The majority of real estate I sell is in the West Palm Beach to Jupiter area of Palm Beach County, but I’ve helped a client sell a home in Boca Raton, FL and then buy their new home on the water in Stuart, FL. I’ve assisted commercial clients in leasing and selling office spaces, multifamily dwellings, search for office buildings, purchase and condo convert a warehouse and orchestrate development deals. I enjoy the diversity of people and projects I interact with daily. It never gets boring and the differing client needs in buying or selling a home or finding the right piece of land continually present new challenges keeping real estate interesting. Don’t get me wrong in this stage of my career there are some things I can do in my sleep and I don’t say that bragging, but know you can have the utmost confidence in my expertise and abilities to serve you.

I want to work with good people and good companies. People that appreciate hard-work, expert advice and loyalty. I’ve learned in my business that I can only effectively serve about 33 clients a year well before my service to my clients or my family begins to suffer. I know it sounds like a weird number, but I’ve been at this awhile and continually evaluate my business and service. I’ve closed as many as 88 transactions in a year with more overhead and staff and had little to no relationship with some of those clients. I want REALationships (see what I did there šŸ˜‰ )with my real estate clients. Our business revolves around inanimate things, but our working together doesn’t have to be. The truth is with open and honest communication things move faster and it’s much more enjoyable to work with people you know, you like and you trust. I was asked recently what are my other passion’s outside of real estate? I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. Coaching and playing soccer. I’m blessed to coach varsity boys soccer for the King’s Academy high school in West Palm Beach, FL and to have been playing with some of my best friends since college.
